1. Main Features
Our series of stainless steel welding wires, ER308, ER308L, and ER308LSi, are crafted for superior performance in a wide range of welding applications. These wires are tailored for 304-grade stainless steel, offering a perfect balance of strength and corrosion resistance.
Product Features:
² ER308: This wire is well-suited for general welding of 304 stainless steel and similar alloys. It offers excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion and is ideal for applications that do not exceed temperatures of 350°C.
² ER308L: With lower carbon content compared to ER308, ER308L is excellent for situations where there is a risk of corrosion in the heat-affected zones. It's particularly useful in environments that require a high level of corrosion resistance.
² ER308LSi: This variant incorporates higher silicon content which helps to improve the fluidity of the weld pool, resulting in smoother bead profiles and reduced spatter. ER308LSi is especially beneficial for smooth fillet and butt welds in sheet metal fabrication.
